The Process...
Transform your old and beat up valve cover into a conversation starter!
All of our valve covers are recycled and start with a soda blasting followed by a soak in the hot tank to fully degrease. After a few final wipes downs they are masked, degassed then coated and off to the oven for their final cure.

The Product!
Over 5,000+ different colors and finishes available!
With wrinkle finishes being our favorite you also can also opt for a glossy or matte finish too. A clear glossy powder top coat is also optional for a more intense shine and even longer lasting durability.

Other Applications
Not limited to just valve covers.
In addition to valve cover restoration, we also offer powder coating services for a wide range of automotive parts and accessories. Powder coating is a durable and long-lasting finish that is applied using an electrostatic process and then cured under heat to create a hard, protective coating.
Powder coating is an excellent choice for valve covers because it provides a tough, corrosion-resistant finish that will stand up to the heat and wear and tear of the engine compartment. It is also available in a wide range of colors, so you can choose the perfect look for your engine.
In addition to valve covers, we can also powder coat other engine parts, such as intake manifolds, cylinder heads, and oil pans. We can also powder coat wheels, suspension components, and other exterior parts to give your car a unique, custom look.
If you have any specific questions about our powder coating services or which parts are suitable for coating, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to help you choose the best finish for your project and provide you with a quote.
